Neck Coversfor Touring Models Designed from a clean sheet, our Neck Covers are a smooth and quickly installed addition to any H-D Touring Model. The right side cover has been enlarged enough to accommodate the in-line cruise control pull-off switch found on the idle cable of all '02-'05 Models. The Basic Kit is offered in chrome or black and contains two-pieces to shroud the neck and extend down the frame adding brilliance to an otherwise dull area. The Deluxe Kit adds two snap-on downtube covers to add coverage almost all the way to the footboard mounts. This is a truly first class part! Fits: All '95-'05 Road Kings & Dressers
